The Responder Guide has been produced to provide Responders with information about the policies and procedures associated with the role. Two versions of the document are provided: Publisher and PDF. For the PDF version, please look at page numbers to read sequentially. Also provided here is a "cheat sheet" on SAMPLE and OPQRST. You will review these in your induction training and throughout all training sessions.
